The course is designed for 25 people to participate in nine three-hour sessions that meet once a week. Each session is an exciting adventure climaxed by a formal Graduation Awards Dinner.

ACL is unlike any other leadership course being offered today. It is not a lecture program where people sit passively while some speaker explains his/her theory of effective leadership techniques.
